Unauthorized replication or commercial distribution of any artwork is strictly prohibited.

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned completely undamaged, in its original protective packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and must be handled exclusively via premium express couriers (DHL/FedEx) with mandatory full transit insurance covering the total purchase value of the artwork. Standard or uninsured shipping methods will not be accepted. Unauthorized digital or physical reproduction during the return window is strictly prohibited. Custom commissions are final sale.

Upon receipt of the returned artwork, a comprehensive inspection will be conducted to verify its condition. The refund will be processed exclusively after the artwork is confirmed to be completely undamaged and in its original state. Under EU law, the visual artist reserves the right to deny a refund or apply a reduction in value if the artwork shows any signs of alteration, damage, or wear incurred while in the buyer's possession.
